Our Concept


Full-flavoured coffee served in ‘shots’. Espresso has ‘crema’- an aromatic, reddish-brown foam. 
The strong presence of ‘crema’ indicates a quality, well-ground coffee and skilled barista.


An espresso cut with a small amount of foamed milk to reduce the acidity… Macchiato comes from
the Italian word ‘macchia’ which means ‘stain’… a stained espresso.


Traditionally… one-third espresso followed by one-third steamed milk. One-third micro foam milk,
served in a small ceramic cup (8oz or less)


A mild drink made of stretched milk followed by a shot of espresso, served in a tall glass, 
sometimes named ‘latte macchiato’…
